Association with Katun Corporation was established in 1998

Induction of Technology
MIS has become inevitable to run a company in line with the
growing business Demands.
To meet this challenge, CIT has allocated substantial
investment in result oriented Information systems.
Initially, AIS (Accounting Information System) was introduced.
System helped in developing and strengthening the accounting
procedure and custom desired reporting.
The next step was significant. Company moved from AIS to
customized MIS system that was essential to keep up with the
rapid growth of the company.
System is WAN based connecting Head office, Branches,
Warehouses and Finance department. Management can now monitor
the activities of all the department and devise strategies
based on accurate data available.
Induction of MIS has benefited the company in two folds.
Increased co-ordination within the company and
concluding the deals swiftly resulting in increased revenue.

The company has already started work on e-business.
The initial system design has been chalked out and soft ware
design would soon commence.

The company has 7 units, out of which six of the units are
engaged in Sales and one dedicated for Warehousing.
Unit locations are as follows:
Head Office - This unit is considered as the most
important part of CIT. All strategic planning are made here.
The unit is headed by the Managing Director followed by
Operations Director and other departmental heads. Inventory
planning, ordering and financials aspects are handled by the
unit. Various Management reports are analyzed and decisions
are taken accordingly through.
Showroom
This unit is located in the prime location of Bur Dubai,
displaying the latest models of Photocopier Machines, Fax
Machines and other latest Office Automation Equipments.
KATUN products are prominently displayed. This unit is
primarily engaged in KATUN sales and Office Automation
Equipments.
Headed by a Showroom Manager followed by Sales Executives.
Local Sales staff also reports to the Manager
Local Sales, stationed at this unit.
CIT Branches
Karim’s Office Equipment L.L.C.
This unit is a sister concern of CIT and is located in the
business district of Diera Dubai. The focus of the unit is on
the sale of Katun, OEM and Office Automation Equipments. The
unit is headed by the Unit Director followed by the Sales
Representatives and Auxiliary Staff.
Bur Dubai Branch
This unit is the first branch of CIT, located in the heart of
Bur Dubai. It is engaged in the sale of OEM & KATUN products
along-with Automation Equipments. The unit is headed by a
Branch Manager followed by Sales Representatives and other
auxiliary staff.
Diera Branch
This unit was founded to capitalize the ever growing demand of
the Diera Market.
The unit is engaged in sale of Katun, OEM and Office
Automation Equipments. The unit is headed by a Branch Manager
followed by Sales Representatives and other auxiliary Staff.
Warehouses
This unit is considered as the heart of CIT. It is responsible
for the storage of goods and dispatching them to the export
customers. Unit undertakes regular and swift supplies to feed
the branches. It is headed by the Warehouse Manager followed
by the Inventory Control Manager and other Warehouse Staff.
Logistic staff with Vehicle fleet also reports to the
Warehouse Manager.
Copier International Trading FZE
This company was established in Year 2004 at Jebel Ali Free
Zone Dubai. Due to duty free import facilities and re-export
convenience beside its charm of 100% ownership rights.
The company has a fully equipped office and air conditioned
warehousing facility available.
Warehouse Manage with auxiliary staff is available to
undertake import and re-export shipments.

INTERNATIONAL TRADING
a company engaged in Sales and Marketing of Internationally renowned
brands in office Automation Equipment and related quality consumables,
since last ten years in United Arab Emirates.
The company is operating five branches and two warehouses in Untied Arab
Emirates. Out of these, four branches are situated in Bur Dubai and Deira Dubai and one in capital city Abu Dhabi.
